This conference is open to Association members and non members alike. We have attendees across all professional demographics as safety affects everyone. The course offerings from TEEX OSHA Training Institute, as well as the wide variety of industry peer taught courses makes this safety conference stand out among others. As this conference is hosted by a volunteer organization dedicated to safety education in the workplace, they are able to keep costs low for everyone… including the exhibitors. In fact we treat our exhibitors special… as an exhibitor you have access to ALL conference events and courses. Compare this show to others, ask your peer companies about us, then sign up!

Exhibit Space Details and Cost

COST: 1400.00 per 10’x10′ area. Some 10’x20′ and 20’x20′ pre-configurations are available. If already sold, you still have the option of combining multiple 10’x10′ spaces side by side as availability lasts. 

Each 10’x10′ area cost includes:

  • 2 Exhibitor Attendants
  • 1 Table
  • 2 Chairs
  • Exhibitors do have full access to ALL conference activities including workshops and events.
  • Exhibitors have the option to add additional booth attendants for 200.00 each (4 per company)

Space Assignments: VPPPA Region VI allows space assignments on a first-come, first-served basis. After registering, you will be contacted with information regarding your space assignments and additional details related to conference set up information. The Exhibitior Coordinator may reassign locations due to required floor plan adjustments. Any such changes will be communicated to the Exhibitor complany prior to the event. This registration is for the Region VI VPPPA Annual Conference. We are unable to coordinate with any other VPPPA related event.

Why are there no membership discounts even if I belong to organizations such as the VPPPA?

This conference is hosted by a volunteer non-profit organization.  The focus regarding price for this annual conference will always be to achieve the lowest possible price per person or per exhibiting company regardless of organizational affiliation.  We feel this is important to spread the message of workplace safety as well as promote valuable successful safety programs such as VPP.  As a result, the cost for this annual endeavor has always been lower than comparable conferences.  Shop around and see for yourself!

Exhibitor Manual

Superior Expo Service is the contracted onsite exhibition support company. As soon as it is available, SES will provide an exhibitor manual thatcontains shipping information, order forms for additional items outside of what your booth comes with, as well as set up times.
